บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอก และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอก สาขาวิชาการจัดการและพัฒนาทรัพยากร คณะผลิตกรรมการเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอกที่เข้าศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2564–2567 จำนวน 105 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอก พบว่า เพศ อายุ และรายได้ต่อเดือน ไม่มีความแตกต่างของแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอก ขณะที่สัญชาติ อาชีพ และประสบการณ์ทำงาน มีความแตกต่างของแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2) การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอก พบว่า สัญชาติและอาชีพมีความสัมพันธ์กับแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ขณะที่เพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน และรายได้ต่อเดือน ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ในภาพรวม
