การพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพผ่านโครงงานผลิตภัณฑ์งาจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนบ้านในสอย ตำบลปางหมู อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนบ้านในสอย ก่อนและหลังการจัดกิจกรรมโครงงานผลิตภัณฑ์งาจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมโครงงานผลิตภัณฑ์งาจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น กลุ่มเป้าหมายจะเป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่มีความเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบความรู้ ความสามารถด้านทักษะอาชีพ องค์ประกอบทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 2) ด้านกระบวนการผลิต 3) ด้านการตลาด และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมโครงงานผลิตภัณฑ์งาจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ย 2 กลุ่มที่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ก่อนการจัดกิจกรรมโครงงานผลิตภัณฑ์งาจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น กลุ่มประชากร มีทักษะอาชีพค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 33.68 แต่หลังการจัดกิจกรรมโครงงานผลิตภัณฑ์งาจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น กลุ่มประชากร มีทักษะอาชีพค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 65.03 ซึ่งสูงกว่าก่อนการจัดกิจกรรมโครงงานผลิตภัณฑ์งาจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 นอกจากนี้กลุ่มประชากรมีค่าความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับ มาก ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.07 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.74 ซึ่งเป็นความพึงพอใจที่ต่อการจัดกิจกรรมโครงงานผลิตภัณฑ์งาจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในเชิงบวก
