Independent Study Topic : Cooperative Administration Guidelines in Ethnic and Morality support for Payang Students, Chiang Rai Educational Service Area Office District 3

Abstract

The objectives of this independent study are to study the conditions and effective aspects of cooperative administration, and to find guidelines in ethnic and morality support cooperated by guardians and parents of students, educational committees at Payang school, Chiang Rai Educational Service Area Office District 3. Group samples are deans of guardian and parents at Payang School, Educational committees of school, groups of teachers and executives at Payang School, Chiang Rai Educational Service Area Office District 3. The total amounts of examples are 64 people. Author used “Purposive sampling selection”. From the samples of deans of guardian and parents at Payang School, Educational committees of school, there were 14 people joining group discussion. Data collection was executed by data analysis, and all statistics, for example percentage, standard deviation (SD), was calculated by computer software and applications. All data were represented by tables and descriptions under pictures. After that, author used questionnaires and discussed in the group. The results of the independent study were concluded following: 1. The average of conditions of cooperative administration of guardians and parents of student in ethnic and morality support in “Planning” was in GOODlevel. If it was considered each topic, the highest average of cooperative administration of was meeting between teachers and executives. The second high result was the achievement emphasis in ethical and moral development and planning. 2. Causes and aspects which affected on Ethical and moral support were ages, educational qualifications, and occupations of parents and guardians. Because of these different aspects, their parents could not support and take care of their children very well. 3. The guidelines of cooperation of guardians and parents and committee of school were to support in Ethic and morality, and focus on the importance of student. It was suggested that the time and places should be adjusted properly. The Ethical and Moral training camp should be considered, and all levels of students must be participated. Moreover, school should invite some well-known lecturers from outside school for instructing and giving knowledge about Ethic and morality at least one week.
