This research is about the factors in promoting management of sports event of the school in Chiang Mai provincial administration organization. The purposes of this research are : 1) to study the factors in promoting management of sports event of the school in Chiang Mai provincial administration organization 2) to compare the factors that promote the work in the field of sport based on the idea of teachers with different experiences, the population of the study, according to the managers and teachers in schools under the Provincial Administration from 4 schools of 135 people. The data were collected from the chart of Crazy & Morgan theory. The instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire of 103 copies. The data were analyzed by using the computer programs. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test and presented in the form of an essay. Researchers found the results of this research in the following section. 1. The study’s results of the Factors promoting the administration of the sport of the belong to Chiang Mai provincial administrative organization, the overall is moderate. When we considered individual cases, it found that the case’s affecting to the factors promoting the administration of the sport that the most, is the at a high level. The second are the financial and the management case that are moderate. In addition, the lowest are the Materials and Equipment that are moderate. In the staff is at a high level when considering a list. The list that affect to factors promoting the administration of the sport that the most, is the executive managing has leadership and vision and they have ability to bring the organization to achieve them goals. The second at a high level is the executives assigned to communicate and motivate staff member to work. Moreover, the list in the lowest level of factors promoting the administration of the sport is teachers, teacher advisory group, the knowledge sharingsessions and the systematic understanding of the sport, they are at low level. In the financial case, the overview is moderate when considering a list. The list that affects to factors promoting the administration of the sport that the most is the adequate budget for activities that related to the sport. The second at a high level is the supporting from government agencies to use in organized sports. Moreover, the list in the lowest level of factors promoting the administration of the sport is the supporting from parents’ student to use in organized sports. In the Materials and Equipment case, the overview is moderate when considering a list. The list that affects to factors promoting the administration of the sport that the most is the appropriate materials, tools and equipment, they are modernization. The second at a moderate level is the purchasing, supplying and we can treat them properly, and the application of local resources wisely. In addition, the list in the lowest level of factors promoting the administration of the sport is the location and building sports activities at a low level. In the management case, the overview is moderate when considering a list. The list that affects to factors promoting the administration of the sport that the most is about the documents, report summary and promoting about the sport. The second at a moderate level is the supervision and evaluation of the sport system. In addition, the list in the lowest level of factors promoting the administration of the sport is the people participating, people serving policy, goals in sports management, rules and how to manage the sport's competition. 2. This study is a comparison of the factors promoting the administration of the sport between the perceptions of teachers with different experiences. It is an overview in terms of personnel, finance, materials and equipment. Management was not significantly statistically different. Factors promoting the administration of the sport between the perceptions of teachers with different experience in personnel as a whole and broken down by item showed that no difference was statistically significant. Factors promoting the administration of the sport between the perceptions of teachers with experience in a different financial picture also showed that no differences were statistically significant when considering the participants agree that the procurement is transparent. The difference is statistically significant at the 0.05factor that promotes the management of international sport. Perceptions of teachers with different experiences, including materials and equipment as a whole show no difference was statistically significant. Considering the participants agree that the sports field and building various sports activities show that sufficient differences are statistically significant at the 0.05 factor showing that they promote the administration of the sport between the perceptions of teachers with different experience of management in the picture and by item. No difference was statistically significant.
