สมการพยากรณ์การตัดสินใจในการแก้ไขปัญหาสาธารณสุขชุมชนของนักสาธารณสุข

การประกอบวิชาชีพการสาธรณสุขชุมชนนั้น นักสาธารณสุขควรมีทักษะสำคัญต่าง ๆ ที่จะต้องนำมาใช้ในการประกอบวิชาชีพ และทักษะต่าง ๆ เหล่านั้นล้วนมีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการแก้ไขปัญหาสาธารณในชุมชน จึงจำเป็นต้องมีการศึกษาทักษะด้านต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อทักษะการตัดสินใจเพื่อการแก้ไขปัญหาสาธารณในชุมชนของนักสาธารณสุข การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง ศึกษาวิจัยกับผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการสาธารณสุขชุมชน จำนวน 478 คน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการแก้ไขปัญหาสาธารณในชุมชนของนักสาธารณสุขมีตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การตัดสินใจในการแก้ไขปัญหาสาธารณในชุมชนของนักสาธารณสุขได้ร้อยละ 78 (Adj.R2 = 0.782, P-value < 0.01) ประกอบด้วยทักษะการคิด และทักษะการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ จะเห็นได้ว่าการแก้ไขปัญหาสาธารณสุขจะสำเร็จได้ จำเป็นต้องมีทักษะการคิดด้วยวิธีการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบร่วมกับทักษะการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ในด้านของสัมพันธภาพในชุมชน ซึ่งทั้ง 2 ทักษะนี้จะนำไปสู่การทำงานอย่างมีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปัญหาสาธารณสุขในชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
