ภาวะหมดไฟของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในทัณฑสถานโรงพยาบาลราชทัณฑ์

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะหมดไฟ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดกับภาวะหมดไฟของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในทัณฑสถานโรงพยาบาลราชทัณฑ์ รวบรวมข้อมูลได้ 134 ชุด ช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 10 – 31 มีนาคม 2566 ใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ
Multiple Logistics Regression ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้
ภาวะหมดไฟของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในทัณฑสถานโรงพยาบาลราชทัณฑ์ ส่วนใหญ่ปกติ ร้อยละ 54.8% มีความเสี่ยงภาวะหมดไฟร้อยละ 29.6 %
มีแนวโน้มภาวะหมดไฟ ร้อยละ 14.8% พบว่าความเครียดระดับสูงมีความเสี่ยงต่อภาวะหมดไฟ 6.29 เท่า เมื่อเทียบกับกลุ่มความเครียดน้อย (p-value* = 0.006)
การวิจัยนี้มีข้อเสนอ ผู้บริหารสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปเป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพทางจิตให้บุคคลากรในทัณฑสถานโรงพยาบาลราชทัณฑ์ได้ อาทิ การตรวจ คัดกรอง ประเมินสุขภาพจิต คลินิกให้คำปรึกษารักษาสุขภาพจิต รวมทั้งเป็นแนวทางส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตให้บุคลากรอื่นๆ ในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน ของกรมราชทัณฑ์ได้
