บทคัดย่อ

This research aims to study the relationship between leadership and the performance of nurses in a tertiary care hospital. in Nonthaburi During the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019, the sample group was 240 professional nurses. The tool used for data collection was a closed-ended questionnaire.

The descriptive statistics were analyzed for mean, standard deviation, maximum and minimum. The statistics for finding the associated between the leadership and nursing performance was the Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.

            The finding of the research showed that the leadership and performance of nurses in a mutinous hospital. In Nonthaburi During the outbreak of the Corona Virus Infection 2019, the overall level is at a high level (the average of 4.00 and 3.92). Leadership was positively correlated with nurses' performance in a tertiary hospital in Nonthaburi Province (r = 0.614) with the statistical significance at p<0.001

This research has suggestions. Executives should give importance and support in various activities that continuously promote leadership for professional nurses determine the core competencies of professional nurses. There should be clear leadership potential. and has a policy to continuously organize training on nursing leadership.
