ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุข 50 บึงกุ่ม กรุงเทพมหานคร

การวิจัยภาคตัดขวางเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินและหาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่รักษาในคลินิกเบาหวานศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุข 50 บึงกุ่ม กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 168 คนจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Odds ratios และ 95% Confidence Interval
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ป่วยมีความรู้และพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากในระดับต่ำ (ร้อยละ 46.4, 47.6) มีการรับรู้และได้รับบริการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 46.4, 73.0) ในขณะที่ได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมในระดับมาก (ร้อยละ 58.3) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ (OR=2.88, 95%CI=1.01-8.15) ความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปาก (OR=6.51, 95%CI=2.53-16.74) การรับรู้ด้านการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปาก (OR=2.45, 95%CI=1.03-5.86) การได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปาก (OR=10.50, 95%CI=2.32-47.39) การมีอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาดช่องปาก (OR=14.07, 95%CI=3.18-62.21) ความครอบคลุมของหลักประกันสุขภาพ (OR=2.86, 95%CI=1.09-7.46) และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม (OR=2.75, 95%CI=1.03-7.34) ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายจากการวิจัยนี้คือควรจัดระบบบริการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเชิงรุกอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งรวมถึงการเข้าถึงอุปกรณ์ทำความสะอาด การอบรมเพื่อเพิ่มความรู้ และการเฝ้าระวังพฤติกรรมดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน
