การดำเนินงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล เขตสุขภาพที่ 11
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional descriptive research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล เขตสุขภาพที่ 11 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพใน โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวน 225 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการทดสอบไคร์สแควร์ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ < 0.05
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 83.1 อายุ 40-59 ปี ร้อยละ 50.6 ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 92.0 ตำแหน่งนักวิชาการสาธารณสุข ร้อยละ 82.2 ระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงานใน รพ.สต.ปัจจุบัน 1-5 ปี ร้อยละ 50.7 ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพ 1-5 ปี ร้อยละ 53.3 ภาพรวมการดำเนินงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคฯอยู่ในระดับต่ำถึงระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 75.6 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการดำเนินงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน (p-value<0.005) ปัจจัยจูงใจ (p-value <0.001) ปัจจัยค้ำจุน (p-value =0.025) กระบวนการบริหาร (p-value <0.001) และทัศนคติต่องานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพ (p-value =0.001)
ข้อเสนอแนะจากผลวิจัยเพื่อส่งเสริมให้การดำเนินงานมีระดับสูงเพิ่มขึ้น ผู้บริหารเขตสุขภาพที่ 11 อาจพิจารณามาตรการส่งเสริมแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน กระบวนการบริหาร และทัศนคติที่ดีในการปฏิบัติงานแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับผิดชอบงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพ ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล
