การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงาน และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานของทันตาภิบาลในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล เขตสุขภาพที่ 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ทันตาภิบาลที่มีประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 4 ตั้งแต่ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้ 237 ชุด โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ (Google form) ระหว่างวันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ – 10 เมษายน 2567 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ในการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานของทันตาภิบาลในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล เขตสุขภาพที่ 4 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (ร้อยละ 34.60) และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ประเภทการจ้างงาน ประสบการณ์ในการประกอบอาชีพทันตาภิบาล ภาวะสุขภาพร่างกาย และภาวะสุขภาพจิต มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้บริหารสามารถนำไปใช้ในการสนับสนุนนโยบายด้านการเสริมสร้างขวัญกำลังใจ โดยเพิ่มการบรรจุเข้ารับข้าราชการในตำแหน่งทันตาภิบาล เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงและความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ ตลอดจนจัดให้มีนโยบายในการส่งเสริมดูแลรักษาสุขภาพร่างกายและสุขภาพจิต เพื่อป้องกันและบรรเทาภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงาน
