ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุเอกชนในอนาคตของวัยทำงานอำเภอเมืองสมุทรสาคร จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

การศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional Analytical Study) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุเอกชนในอนาคตของวัยทำงานอำเภอเมืองสมุทรสาคร จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร จำนวน 275 คน จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นผ่านการตรวจคุณภาพด้านความตรงตามเนื้อหา จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ได้ค่า IOC ทุกข้อคำถามได้ค่าระหว่าง 0.67 -1.00 ทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาครายด้าน จำนวน 5 ด้านได้ค่ารายด้านเท่ากับ 0.86 0.82 0.88 0.84 และ0.86 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมานการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ไคว์สแควร์ และANOVA
ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มวัยทำงานที่มีช่วงอายุ 25-59 ปี มีสถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ แตกต่างกันในความตั้งใจใช้บริการศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุเอกชนในอนาคตแต่รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน ช่วงอายุน้อยจะมีความตั้งใจใช้บริการน้อยกว่าช่วงอายุที่มาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ภาพรวมมีระดับค่าเฉลี่ยของความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านต่างๆ ของทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผนอยู่ในระดับมาก การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอนพบว่า ค่าประสิทธิภาพในการทำนายที่ปรับแล้วได้ค่า 0.276 (p-value <0.001) หรือร้อยละ 27.60 สร้างเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ความตั้งใจใช้บริการศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุเอกชนในอนาคตของวัยทำงาน ได้ดังนี้ Y= 2.030 + 0.350 (ความรู้ความเข้าใจเชิงอัตวิสัย) + 0.292(ทัศนคติที่มีต่อพฤติกรรม)
ดังนั้นในการเตรียมความพร้อมการให้บริการศูนย์ดูแลผู้สูงอายุในอนาคตแก่วัยทำงาน ควรส่งเสริมความรู้เกี่ยวกับประโยชน์และคุณค่าต่อสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุในการใช้บริการ การสร้างแนวคิดการรับรู้และทัศนคติที่ดีเพิ่มแรงจูงใจ
