องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการปฏิบัติงานด้านบทบาทในทีมหมอครอบครัว ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอนาบอน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

การวิจัยภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาระดับของการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และระดับองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการปฏิบัติงานด้านบทบาทในทีมหมอครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอนาบอน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 245 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา อธิบายคุณลักษณะของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา และระดับองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ อธิบายองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการปฏิบัติงานด้านบทบาทในทีมหมอครอบครัว ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน โดยใช้สมการถดถอยเชิงเส้น (Simple linear regression)
ผลการศึกษาระดับของการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ พบว่า ระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M=4.04, S.D.= 0.53) พิจารณาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยของตัวพยากรณ์ พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำและการสานวิสัยทัศน์มีอิทธิพลต่อการปฏิบัติงานบทบาทในทีมหมอครอบครัว ได้มากที่สุด (Beta= 0.249 และ0.242 ตามลำดับ) รองลงมาคือ การคิดอย่างเป็นระบบและการแก้ไขปัญหา (Beta =0.201) การจัดการความรู้ (Beta=0.161) และการรอบรู้แห่งตน (Beta 0.132) (ค่าคงที่ 0.146 ; SEb ± 0.298 ; R = 0.866 ; R2 = 0.750 ; F = 143.587 ; p-value < 0.001) จึงควรมีการพัฒนาเรื่องของการเรียนรู้ในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน โดยส่งเสริมให้มีกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละชุมชน มีการสานวิสัยทัศน์ ส่งเสริมให้อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านมีความรอบรู้ โดยผ่านการพัฒนาศักยภาพโดยผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลที่รับผิดชอบ
