ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและกระบวนการบริหารกับธรรมาภิบาลของบุคลากรสาธารณสุข สำนักงานสาธารณสุขอำเภอ จังหวัดชุมพร

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวัดระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและธรรมาภิบาล เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับธรรมาภิบาลและวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับธรรมาภิบาลของบุคลากร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรในสำนักงานสาธารณสุขอำเภอและโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดชุมพร จำนวน 265 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่มีความเชื่อมั่นด้านธรรมาภิบาล 0.76 และด้านภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง 0.87 วิเคราะห์โดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติค่า T สถิติความแปรปรวนทางเดียว สถิติสหสัมพันธ์เชิงอันดับสเปียร์แมนและสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณเป็นขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและธรรมาภิบาลของบุคลากร อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกันมีธรรมาภิบาลไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีความสัมพันธ์กับธรรมาภิบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 (4) อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง เรียงจากอิทธิพลเชิงบวกมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการคำนึงถึงปัจเจกบุคคล ด้านอิทธิพลเชิงอุดมการณ์ โดยร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนต่อธรรมาภิบาลได้ร้อยละ 40 (Adjusted R- Square = 40)
ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารควรให้ความสำคัญและส่งเสริมการสร้างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านการคำนึงถึงปัจเจกบุคคล ด้านอิทธิพลเชิงอุดมการณ์และธรรมาภิบาลในบุคลากรทุกระดับอันอาจส่งผลให้บุคลากรมีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น
