ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกับการดำเนินงานกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพระดับท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพร
บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ผลการดำเนินงานกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพระดับท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพร และ 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานกองทุนที่ส่งผลกับการดำเนินงานกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพระดับท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพร
ประชากร คือ คณะกรรมการกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพระดับท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพร จำนวน 323 ราย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานกองทุนฯ และการดำเนินงานกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพระดับท้องถิ่น มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.743 และ 0.889 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุ
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายมีอายุ 51-60 ปีสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เป็นเวลา 41-50 ปี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นตำแหน่งกรรมการจากผู้แทนหมู่บ้านหรือชุมชน ปฏิบัติงานในคณะกรรมการกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพระดับท้องถิ่นอยู่ระหว่าง 0-5 ปี ผลการดำเนินงานกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพระดับท้องถิ่นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและ 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประกอบด้วย การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ ตำแหน่งในคณะกรรมการกองทุนฯ และปัจจัยสนับสนุน ประกอบด้วย ระบบการปฏิบัติงาน รูปแบบการบริหาร ความสามารถ ค่านิยมร่วม เทคโนโลยี และกฎหมายส่งผลกับการดำเนินงานกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพระดับท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอเมืองชุมพร จังหวัดชุมพรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และมีความสามารถในทำนายได้ร้อยละ 56.10
