ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิภายใต้สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิภายใต้สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิภายใต้สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น สถานีอนามัยเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 60 พรรษา นวมินทราชินี หรือโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้อำนวยการ/รักษาการในตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการ/ผู้แทนผู้อำนวยการสถานีอนามัยเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 60 พรรษา นวมินทราชินี และโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวน 360 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการทดสอบไคสแควร์ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ < 0.05
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิภายใต้สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 50.30) และขนาดของหน่วยบริการ บรรยากาศองค์การ การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน มีความสัมพันธ์กับการพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิภายใต้สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ผลการวิจัยนี้ เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด โดยเป็นข้อมูลสนับสนุนให้ผู้บริหารสามารถนำไปกำหนดนโยบายและทิศทางการปฏิบัติงานการพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิในระยะต่อไป
