การยอมรับและการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงของสถานพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน : กรณีศึกษา โรงพยาบาลชุมชนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

โรงพยาบาลชุมชนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ นำระบบสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง บุคลากรจำเป็นต้องมีความพร้อมและยอมรับในการใช้งาน วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับการใช้งานระบบระบบสารสนเทศการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงของสถานพยาบาลของบุคลากร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 143 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.825 วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติเพียร์สันไคสแควร์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 83.2 อายุเฉลี่ย 39.9 ปี ระดับคะแนนการยอมรับภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 62.2 ด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์คะแนนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด การรับรู้ถึงความง่ายในการใช้งานคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด การเข้าใช้งานระบบตั้งแต่ 1 ครั้งขึ้นไปในรอบเดือนที่ผ่านมา ร้อยละ 70 ส่วนใหญ่ใช้เพื่อบันทึกรายงานอุบัติการณ์ความเสี่ยง ร้อยละ 57.1 ลักษณะงาน และแผนกที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาล มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้งานระบบ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้งานระบบ
โดยสรุปโรงพยาบาลควรส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยโดยตรงเห็นความสำคัญของการใช้งานระบบมากขึ้น ทำให้การเข้าใช้งานระบบเป็นไปได้ง่าย จัดอบรมทบทวนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อเสริมสร้างการยอมรับและการใช้งานระบบสอดคล้องกับการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงอย่างยั่งยืน
