ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนของผู้ปกครอง อำเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์เชิงภาคตัดขวางมุ่งศึกษาพฤติกรรมและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนของผู้ปกครองในอำเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ปกครองเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนจำนวน 385 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิและวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนมากเป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 66.8) อายุ 25-34 ปี ระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่จะมีความรู้ ทัศนคติ ปัจจัยเอื้อ และปัจจัยเสริมเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนอยู่ใน ระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 53.5 – 80.8) แต่พฤติกรรมการการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนกลับอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 76.1) ซึ่งปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปาก เด็กก่อนวัยเรียน คือ การซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากมีอำนาจในการทำนายสูงที่สุด รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ทัศนคติเกี่ยว กับการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของเด็กก่อนวัยเรียน การได้รับคำแนะนำและสนับสนุนจากบุคคลใกล้ชิด ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของเด็กก่อนวัยเรียน และการได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารประชาสัมพันธ์จากสื่อต่าง ๆ (B=0.686,0.571, 0.508, 0.244, 0.225, 0.165) โดยตัวแปรทั้ง 6 ตัวร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนได้ร้อยละ 21.5 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
