ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการผ่านเกณฑ์การพัฒนาคุณภาพระบบบริการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นเขตสุขภาพที่ 5 ประเทศไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการผ่านเกณฑ์การพัฒนาคุณภาพระบบบริการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นเขตสุขภาพที่ 5 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตสุขภาพที่ 5 จำนวน 8 จังหวัด รวมจำนวนตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 251 แห่ง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการผ่านเกณฑ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 คือ องค์กรที่มีศักยภาพสูง เช่น เป็นเทศบาล มีลักษณะพื้นที่กึ่งเมือง/ชนบท มีจำนวนบุคลากรเพียงพอ มีรายได้สูง มีทรัพยากรสาธารณสุขที่เพียงพอ และมีระบบบริหารจัดการที่ดี มีแนวโน้มผ่านเกณฑ์มากกว่าองค์กรที่มีข้อจำกัดด้านโครงสร้างและทรัพยากร
การพัฒนาระบบบริการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ควรมุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพด้านทรัพยากรสาธารณสุข การจัดสรรบุคลากรให้เพียงพอ และการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการภายในองค์กรอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยเฉพาะองค์กรขนาดเล็กหรือพื้นที่ชนบทที่มีข้อจำกัดด้านงบประมาณและกำลังคน
