ระดับความเสี่ยงฟันผุและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในเด็กปฐมวัยอายุ 6 เดือนถึง 3 ปี: การศึกษาแบบ ภาคตัดขวางในชุมชนกึ่งชนบท จังหวัดนครปฐม ประเทศไทย

การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงฟันผุ ศึกษาพฤติกรรมของผู้ปกครอง และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนอายุ 6 เดือนถึง 3 ปี กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 94 คู่ คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากผู้มารับบริการคลินิกสุขภาพเด็กดี โรงพยาบาลดอนตูม ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม–กันยายน พ.ศ. 2568 เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบประเมินความเสี่ยงฟันผุตามสมุดบันทึกสุขภาพแม่และเด็ก แบบสอบถามด้านความรู้ ทัศนคติ พฤติกรรม และปัจจัยส่งเสริม รวมทั้งการตรวจช่องปากโดยทันตบุคลากร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการทดสอบไคสแควร์หรือ Fisher's exact test
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เด็กมีความเสี่ยงฟันผุระดับปานกลางและสูง ร้อยละ 44.7 และ 36.2 ตามลำดับ โดยพบคราบจุลินทรีย์ ร้อยละ 66.0 รอยขาวขุ่น ร้อยละ 40.4 และฟันผุ ร้อยละ 30.9 ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้และทัศนคติระดับปานกลาง ขณะที่พฤติกรรมการดูแลช่องปากอยู่ในระดับต้องปรับปรุงถึงร้อยละ 50.0 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเสี่ยงฟันผุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ครัวเรือน การได้รับความรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปาก การรับข้อมูลจากสื่อโซเชียล ระดับความรู้ พฤติกรรม และปัจจัยส่งเสริม (p < 0.05) ขณะที่ทัศนคติไม่พบความสัมพันธ์
ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าการลดความเสี่ยงฟันผุในเด็กเล็กจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการแบบบูรณาการ โดยเน้นการปรับพฤติกรรมผู้ปกครองควบคู่กับการบูรณาการการประเมินความเสี่ยงและระบบติดตามในบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิอย่างเป็นระบบ
