บทคัดย่อ

      

            การศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับ
การเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพของผู้มารับบริการที่คลินิกโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์แห่งหนึ่ง
ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 410 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามรูปแบบกระดาษ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติไคสแควร์ และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์อันดับของ
สเปียร์แมน

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้มารับบริการส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย (ร้อยละ 63.17) รองลงมา คือ เพศทางเลือก และเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 18.54 และ 18.29) ตามลำดับ
ช่วงอายุของผู้มารับบริการส่วนใหญ่ คือ 25 - 34 ปี (ร้อยละ 42.44) อายุเฉลี่ย 33.63±9.65 ปี โดยมีระดับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 92.20 (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.37±0.46) การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพและการรับรู้การตีตรามีความสัมพันธ์กับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพในระดับปานกลาง (r = 0.403, 95% CI: 0.316, 0.483 และ r = -0.336, 95% CI:
-0.421, -0.244) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

            คลินิกโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์สามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการพัฒนาคุณภาพระบบบริการสุขภาพ เช่น การจัดแพทย์ผู้ตรวจให้ตรงกับเพศสภาวะของผู้มารับบริการ และการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีของผู้ให้บริการเพื่อลดการตีตรา
