ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสภาวะสุขาภิบาลอาหารของสถานที่จำหน่ายอาหารในเขตเทศบาลเมืองพัทลุง อำเภอเมืองพัทลุง จังหวัดพัทลุง
บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสภาวะสุขาภิบาลอาหารของสถานที่จำหน่ายอาหารในเขตเทศบาลเมืองพัทลุง อำเภอเมืองพัทลุง จังหวัดพัทลุง โดยศึกษาจากประชากรผู้สัมผัสอาหารทั้งหมด 128 คน ใช้เครื่องมือเป็นแบบประเมินสภาวะสุขาภิบาลอาหารและแบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสภาวะสุขาภิบาลอาหาร ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.82 และ 0.85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุโลจิสติก นำเสนอผลการศึกษาด้วยค่าออดส์เรโช และช่วงความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สภาวะสุขาภิบาลอาหารของสถานที่จำหน่ายอาหารในเขตเทศบาลเมืองพัทลุง ผ่านเกณฑ์ ร้อยละ 50.78 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสภาวะสุขาภิบาลอาหาร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ ผู้สัมผัสอาหารที่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสุขาภิบาลอาหาร อยู่ในระดับสูง (AOR = 6.03, 95% CI = 1.24 - 29.34) ความพร้อมของโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน อยู่ในระดับสูง (AOR = 14.92, 95% CI = 1.75 - 127.50) และการรับรู้ผลกระทบ อยู่ในระดับสูง (AOR = 17.25, 95% CI = 1.81 - 164.86)
ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า ปัจจัยนำด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสุขาภิบาลอาหาร ปัจจัยเอื้อด้านความพร้อมของโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และปัจจัยเสริมด้านการรับรู้ผลกระทบ ส่งผลต่อสภาวะสุขาภิบาลอาหาร หน่วยงานภาครัฐควรส่งเสริมการพัฒนาความรู้ให้กับผู้สัมผัสอาหาร และควรยกระดับนโยบายสนับสนุนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เช่น สนับสนุนอุปกรณ์ สื่อให้ความรู้ และการสื่อสารเชิงกฎหมายที่มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาสภาวะสุขาภิบาลอาหาร
