THE FACILITY MANAGEMENT OF CONDOMINIUM JURISTIC PERSON IN BANGKOK AND METROPOLITAN

Abstract

The objective of this study was to study the Facility Management, and to study the Quality Management, to study the relationship between the Facility Management and Quality Management and the Guidelines for Increasing the Quality of Condominium Management of Asset Management Co.,Ltd. in Thailand.

The research instrument was the questionnaire. Data collected were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The sampling of this study was 383 individuals, those aged between 21-30 years, graduated with bachelor’s degree, monthly income of 10,001-20,000 bath, those Operational staff, Corporate Medium-sized, 3-4 Officer and those with 4-6 years of working experiences.

The analytic results of the Facility Management of Condominium Management of Asset Management Co.,Ltd. in Thailand from highest to lowest mean scores the respondents had high, ate level, Facility Management, Operational staff, and Organization Activity at low level respectively.

In terms of Quality Management of Condominiums, overall the respondents had high level. The Monitor and Evaluate from highest to lowest mean scores as follows: Report, and Scope at low level respectively.

The results of hypothesis testing showed that the Facility Management related to the Quality Managemtn of Condominium Management of Asset Management Co.,Ltd. in Thailand were high related. The statistic significant was .05
