The Needs of using Information Technology for Administration of Personnel in Thongsook College

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to study the needs of using information technology for administration of personnel in Thongsook College. The results revealed that the majority of respondents were female, aged among 40-49 years old, got Master degree, working experience among 3-6 years and were teachers. The needs of using information technology for administration of personnel in Thongsook College was in high level for overall. For considering each aspect, the aspect of budget administration was at the first sequence and in high level and found that the respondents needs of using information technology for Monitoring, Controlling and Evaluating of budget administration. The second was the aspect of personnel administration and found that the respondents needs of using information technology for information interchange and development of work and personnel. The third was the aspect of materials administration found that materials, computers and accessory were in good condition and the last sequence was the aspect of academic administration and found that the respondents needs of using information technology for personnel administration system, accounting system and student registration system, respectively.
