Factors that Affecting the Performance of the Investigating Police Officer under Investigation Ayutthaya

Abstract

              This research the purpose are to study 1.) The personal background and personal factors the impact of the operation of police investigation belong to provincial police Ayutthaya 2.) Each side effects in practice police officer under investigation Ayutthaya. Using the study as follows concept and theory. Human Resource Management the research uses both quantitative and qualitative. The instrument used to collect data. Questionnaires and in-depth interviews from sample. Official investigation was conducted under the jurisdiction of police Ayutthaya population of 27 250 people. And analyzed by computer program and descriptive statistics. A detailed analysis of both the Independent variable. 
                The results 1.) To study the factors of personal and social backgrounds. The impact on the performance of the police investigation Ayutthaya Provincial Police. The study found that Most of the samples with the most comments in performance . Subordinate the factors that affect performance ( Internal factor ). Given the income found the operational properties especially Ayutthaya Provincial Police. Police Investigators have level of knowledge ability in practice as well.
