Factors affecting the success of Good governance practice of Ta Kien Sub-district Administration Organization, Dan Khun Thot District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

                The research aim 1] to study on factors level affecting achievement of Takien sub district administrative organization, Dankhunthod district, Nakhon Ratchasima province 2] study on good governance performance level of Takien sub district admini-strative organization, Dankhunthod The research aim 1] to study on factors level affecting achievement of Takien sub district administrative organization, Dankhunthod district, Nakhon Ratchasima province 2] study on good governance performance level of Takien sub district admini-strative organization, Dankhunthod  district, Nakhon Ratchasima province and 3]  to study the relationship between factors level  affecting achievement with good governance performance of Takien sub district administrative organization, Dankhunthod district, Nakhon  Ratchasima province. The sample of this study  was 400 people who lived in Takien sub district administrative organization, Dankhunthod district, Nakhon Ratchasima province. The data were collected by questionnaire and divided in 2 parts with the reliable validity was 0.876. The descriptive data analyzed were presented in the form of  percentage, mean, standard deviation and  Pearson‘s correlation.
                The study results found that factors level affecting achievement with good governance performance of Takien sub district administrative organization, Dankhunthod district, Nakhon The study results found that factors level affecting achievement with good governance performance of Takien sub district administrative organization, Dankhunthod district, Nakhon  Ratchasima province, the overall were at the high level. Administrators was at the highest average level, followed by planning, sub district officers and budget were at the lowest level orderly.
