actors affecting Development Policy and Implementation of the Armed Forces Development Command

Abstract

          This research aims to 1) study the factors that affect the implementation of development policy and assist the people to practice. 2) To study the effect of implementing the development policy and helping the people to practice. 3) To study the factors that affect the implementation of development policy and help the people to practice. Of the military development unit. The sample consisted of 674 commissioned officers and commissioned officers of the military command. The tools used in the research were questionnaires and data analysis. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and deviation. Ben Standard And analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The research found that 
            1) Military officers of the military development unit. There are levels of opinion about the factors that affect.  To implement the policy and help people. All aspects are in high level. The clearness of policy goals. The highest average was the culture of people - community - area. Support and cooperation from groups. The attitude of the policy leader. Public Participation Enough resources. The motivation of the policy leaders to practice was lowest. 
            2) Military officers of the military development unit. There is a level of feedback about the results. Development Policy and Public Assistance Of the military development unit. All aspects are in high level. The development of security in the target area. The highest average of the respondents was the well-being and the satisfaction of the people. And strengthens the people. Has the lowest mean 
             3) Factors affecting the implementation of development policy and the people’s assistance. Cultural identity, religion, identity, public participation Motivation to implement policies and help people. And the attitude of the policy leader to practice.
