Legal Measures On Useing Public Domain in the Local Government Organization.

Abstract

        The objectives of this research were to amend the legal measures on using public domain in the Local Government Organization. At the current had found the problems as the followings: (1) The problem of the power on legal measures on using public domain in the Local Government Organization. (2) The problem procedure on using public domain in the Local Government Organization. (3) The problem of the development on using public domain in the Local Government Organization. 4) Problems of the improvement on using public domain  in the Local Government Organization. (5) Problems on using public domain in the Local Government Organization with other organizations.

              The research results had found that (1) on using public domain in the Local Government Organization couldn’t be performed.  (2) The procedures on using public domain in the Local Government Organization were too complicated. (3) The  development on using public domain  in the Local Government Organization had no authority to take action. (4) The improvement on using public domain in the Local Government Organization had no authority to take action. (5) The using public domain in the Local Government Organization with other organizations were too many steps. Therefore, they should have to increase amending the legal measures on using public domain in the Local Government Organization to be able to operate by itself.  The procedures on using public domain in the Local Government Organization with other organizations decreasing. The development on using and improving on using public domain in the Local Government Organization with other organizations and let the local administrative organizations to operate by themselves.
