Abstract

             The purpose of this research is to study attitudes and exercise behavior of working-age people in Dusit District Bangkok The sample group used in this research is working-age population in Dusit District. Bangkok The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. And multiple regression analysis

             The results of the research showed that the overall attitude towards exercise and individual aspects were health promotion and maintenance. Prevention and mitigation of disease personality promotion recreational activities good level exercise behavior in terms of exercise frequency (times/month) on average about 5 times and the duration of exercise on average, about 10 minutes. Attitude towards personality promotion exercise and recreational activities affect the exercise behavior of the duration of exercise statistical at .01 level and attitude towards personality promotion exercise and in promoting and maintaining health affect exercise behavior the frequency of exercise (Times/month) was statistically significant at the .01 level.
