Satisfaction in providing educational loan funds of Pacific Institute of Management Science, Phayao Province

Abstract

           The purposes of this research were 1) to study the satisfaction of the service of the Educational Loan Fund of the Pacific Institute of Management Science, Phayao Province, academic year 2018. 2) To compare the satisfaction of students with the use of the money fund service. Educational loans for the Pacific Institute of Management are categorized by gender, age, curriculum and field of study. The sample group is the first year students of the Pacific Institute of Management Science. That used 242 new student loan funds for educational loans, both in the academic year 2018, by using questionnaires as a tool for data collection The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean and standard deviation,  t-test and F-test or One-Way ANOVA.

           The research found that Overall, the satisfaction of services for the Educational Loan Fund of the Pacific Institute of Management in Phayao Province was at a high level. Found that the property The highest mean was followed by the service personnel. Regulations In terms of access to services and information publicity respectively As for the comparison of satisfaction with the service of the Educational Loan Fund of the Pacific Institute of Management Science in Phayao Province classified by personal factors, it was found that the service recipients were satisfied with the service of the Educational Loan Fund.
