The Inheritance of “Guangdong Music” From the Perspective of the Music Education Management in Universities of Guangdong Province, China

Abstract

         This Article aimed to study 1) Analyze the current situation of the development and inheritance of Cantonese music. 2) Explore the reasons for the poor transmission of Cantonese music. 3) Explore the current teaching mode in Guangdong universities. And 4) Study the specific practices of transmitting Cantonese music in the teaching of colleges.
         Teaching management research of this article is aimed at how to inheritance of Cantonese music, Guangdong in college teaching in 27 universities in Guangdong province of Cantonese music courses, inheritance present situation investigation, analyses the reason of inheritance in poor condition, this paper in Guangdong in-depth research and discussion in the management of teaching and the Cantonese music talent training mode, systematic and comprehensive exploration of undergraduate colleges and universities in Guangdong province Cantonese music inheritance path and method. With the goal of obtaining broad and in-depth information from multiple sources of information to achieve research objectives, the researcher applies hybrid methods to the study. In terms of qualitative research, literature review, scholar interviews and other methods are adopted to interview with Guangdong music folk inheritors and teachers carrying forward Guangdong music among college teachers in an in-depth way. The data collected from qualitative methods will be used to design and develop questions in the questionnaire. The questionnaire will be used to collect data on the III current stakeholders in Guangdong music education in Guangdong Province. The study uses one-way variance analysis and multiple regression to test the relationship of variables and hypotheses. All these provide a scientific method for the management of college education, so that Guangdong music can be passed down, inheriting and carrying forward this great cause, and having an important role and academic value for the further development and innovation of Guangdong music culture. At the same time, the social development and progress in the Guangdong region can also be promoted, thus making Guangdong music culture more brilliant.
