Abstract

            This research Is a survey research (Survey Research) focusing on quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) The objective of this research is to 1) to study teachers 'opinions on the governance principles of Phuket International Private School administrators. 2) to compare teachers' opinions on the administration according to the principles of good governance. Principles of Good Governance of Phuket International Private School Administrators Classified by education level and work experience The population and sample were the school administrators, teachers and relevant educational personnel. Under the supervision of Phuket Private International School Using the method of sizing Sample Group by using the stratified random sampling and simple sampling (Sample Random Sampling), 226 samples were obtained in this study. The tool used in this research was a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 2 parts, consisting of basic information and personal status of the respondents. And information about management in accordance with good governance principles The researcher examined the quality of the questionnaire in 2 steps: consistency analysis. Which was equal to 0.99 and the verification of the confidence from the virtual samples close to 40 samples, which had an alpha coefficient greater than .70 in all respects, it was concluded that it was a quality questionnaire.

The statistics for the quantitative data analysis consisted of descriptive statistics: Percent for the group variable, mean (and standard deviation (S.D.) for the quantitative variable.
