Participation of Chiang Rai Vocational College Teachers towards Internal Quality Assurance

The purpose of this study was to study the level of participation of Chiang Rai Vocational College teachers towards quality assurance work within educational institutions, educational institutions and to compare the participation of Chiang Rai Vocational College teachers to quality assurance work within educational institutions. Classified by personal factors, including gender, position and teaching experience in 4 areas: co-planning, the joint implementation of the plan, joint inspection and in terms of quality assurance operations within educational institutions. The population used in this study. There were 113 teachers at Chiang Rai Vocational College, classified by gender, position and teaching experience. Tools used in this study and data collection. This was a general questionnaire of the respondents and a questionnaire regarding the participation of Chiang Rai Vocational College teachers towards the quality assurance work within the school using the highest priority level go to the least with the classification criteria from the calculation of the Interval Scale in Wichit Oon, the statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA analysis of variance.
The results showed that
1. Analysis results most of the respondents were female 62.80%, were males, 37.20%, were the most civil servants (teachers), followed by teachers at the wage rateand the least is most government employees (teachers) have teaching experience ranging from 1-5 years, followed by teaching experience of 6-10, teaching experience of more than 15 years, and the least is 11-15 years respectively.
2.The results of the analysis on the participation of Chiang Rai Vocational College teachers towards the quality assurance work within the schools.
The overall level is at a high level when considering each aspect, it was found that in terms of quality assurance operations within educational institutions affects the participation of teachers at Chiang Rai Vocational College.
The aspect of quality assurance work within the educational institutes was at the highest level, followed by the aspect of co-operation with the plan at a high level, joint inspection at a high level, and joint planning at a high level respectively.
3. When comparing the participation of Chiang Rai Vocational College teachers to the quality assurance work within the educational institutes, it was found that gender and position were in accordance with the assumptions set since teaching experience does not conform to the assumptions setstatistically significant at the 0.05 level
