The need of Educational Management in 21st Century of Schools under Jurisdiction of Local Administration Organization

The objectives of this research were: To study the current and the desirable condition of Schools under jurisdiction of local administration organization. The sample group included school administrators, School Board Chairman and Director of Local Education Promotion Subdivision with a total member of 180 persons. Stratified Random Sampling. The research tools were questionnaires with a reliability value of .987and Data analysis was processed through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (SD.) and PNI modifiedThe results of this research were as follows:
Regarding the current and the desirable condition of educational management in21st century for schools under jurisdiction of local administration organization, in all, the level of practice was moderate with the desirable condition being high. Need index They can be sorted in order as follows: 1) developing the quality of students 2) development of local education management according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy 3) Conservation Inheriting arts and culture Traditions and Local Wisdom 4) The development of education management by using schools as a base for local development
