Abstract

The world is changing rapidly. As a result of technology as a catalyst for change, every organization must adjust itself to manage business sustainability, especially companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, which is a competitive challenge that will make companies sustainable in the long run. This research aims to 1) study the level of organizational innovation, organizational performance, and business sustainability; 2) study organizational innovation that affects the performance of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The sample group is 278 middle and senior executives in companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and companies listed on the Market for Alternative Investment. The sampling method is stratified by proportion. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Data is analyzed using Pearson's product momentum and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

        The results of the study found that 1) organizational innovation has a high average level, organizational performance has the highest average level, and business sustainability has the highest average level. 2) organizational innovation in process affects the performance of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This variable can predict 26.7 percent. This research can be used by companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as a guideline for developing sustainable businesses by focusing on developing process innovation, increasing performance in learning and growth, and finance. This will make the business sustainable and have a competitive advantage in the long-term market.
