การศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์การปรับบทแปลและกลวิธีการแปลจากนวนิยาย เรื่อง “ตำนานแห่งซิลมาริล”

งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการปรับบทแปลและกสวิธีการแปลที่ปรากฏในนวนิยายเรื่อง "ตำนานแห่ง ชิลมาริล" ซึ่งประพันธ์โดย J.R.R Tokien และแปลโดยธิดา จงนิรามัยสถิต โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจาก 20 ตัวอย่าง ตามแนวคิดการปรับบทแปลของสัญฉวี สายบัว งแบ่งเป็น 2 ระดับคือ การปรับบทแปลระดับคำ และการปรับบทแปลระดับโครงสร้างของภาษา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การปรับบทแปลระดับคำประเภทที่พบมาก ที่สุดคือการใช้วลีหรือประโยคแทนคำ ส่วนการปรับบทแปลระดับโครงสร้างของภาษาที่พบมากที่สุดคือการปรับ ระเบียบวิธีเรียงคำในประโยคหรือวลี นอกจากนี้ ผู้แปลใช้กลวิธีการแปลแบบอิสระเพื่อรักษาความหมายของ ตันฉบับให้ได้มากที่สุด
