Abstract
This research project, adopt quantitative method, has a purpose of studied the company readiness to internationalization: exporters of THAI HOM MALI RICE in Yasothon Province. Using the questionnaire as a tool for a data collecting, a sample group was 49 totals of exporters in Yasothon Province for descriptive statistics analyzed by using a frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation.
The result demonstrated that the organizations which operate THAI HOM MALI RICE in Yasothon Province has readiness to internationalization in moderate level
( = 3.35) and when considering readiness’s level of organization divided by aspect of factors showed that entrepreneur’s motivation has a high level of readiness to internationalization ( = 3.74) followed by the entrepreneur’s commitment ( = 3.45), organization domestic competitiveness ( = 3.44), organization’s skill knowledge and resource ( = 3.23), internationalization standard of product ( = 3.23), and experience and training ( = 3.05)
