ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลการประกอบการของธุรกิจในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาว่าปัจจัยภายในองค์กรตัวใดที่ส่งผลต่อผลการประกอบการ ของธุรกิจในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์บ้าง กรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัยได้จากการศึกษาแนวคิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลการ ประกอบการ และทฤษฎีฐานทรัพยากร การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็น เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารของธุรกิจในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์จำนวน 80 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงสำรวจ และวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทรัพยากรภายในองค์กรประกอบด้วย ทรัพยากรด้านซื่อเสียงขององค์กร ทรัพยากรทางการเงิน และทรัพยากรทางกายภาพ มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อผลการประกอบการ ในขณะที่ ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ มีอิทธิพลเชิงลบต่อผลการประกอบการ ด้านผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน ความสามารถในการ ทำกำไร ส่วนแบ่งการตลาด และยอดขาย
