ปัญหาในการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชีของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

This study aims to study the Problems of Using the Accounting Software Package for Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) in Chiang Mai Province. The complexity which is categorized into 8 main factors against cost effectiveness on the use of the program includes; Posting Method, Audit Trials, Ledger and Journal, Data Flow Among Modules, Internal Control, Reporting Capabilities, User Documentation and Support and Easy of Use and Flexibility. The questionnaire was used to collect the data to sample of 400 cases. The data collected were processed using statistical software for an analysis of average and percentage.

The study found The most of Accounting Software Package using Express, BC Account, Easy Account for their accounting entries and financial report. The Problems using the Accounting Software Package was categorized into 8 main factors concerning found that most no problem with Posting Method, Audit Trials, Ledger and Journal, Data Flow Among Modules, Internal Control, Reporting Capabilities, User Documentation and Support and Easy of Use and Flexibility. For other problems there are the Personnel, the employees have no knowledge skill about the Program, the employees no enough for the work. The Hardware or Computer problems, Computer or related equipment there are not modern, unqualified and not enough to use. The Information problem is the information that often has to change without permission from the authorities.

Suggestions from this study found the Accounting Software Package suppliers should advice the buyer about provision of computer applications that consistent with the Account Software Package. Suppliers should be trained to use the Accounting Software Package for buyers and provide assistance with problems in a timely usable. The buyers should be improve the performance of computers and related equipment to be modern and quality for the performance working on time and get the quality reporting.
