Abstract

This study aimed to leadership skills for student and validate the consistency of the leadership skills for student at private vocational Institutions in Thailand and empirical data. A multi-stage random sampling technique was used to recruit 800 students and teachers at private vocational Institutions in Thailand. A Reliability of .943. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and the confirmatory factor were analyzed through LISERL (Student edition).

The results of the study were as follows: The leadership skills of students in private vocational Institutions in Thailand. The study documents and related research that includes 3 aspects include1) Individual skills 1.1) The student will identify and analyze the characteristic of family, Community, business, and industry leaders. 1.2) The Student will demonstrate oral, interpersonal, written, and electronic communication and presentation skills and understands how to apply those skills. 2) Group skills 2.1) The student will demonstrate knowledge of conflict resolution and challenge management. 2.2) The student will analyze the complex responsibilities of the leader and follower. 2.3) The student will demonstrate a working knowledge of parliamentary procedure. 3) Community and career skills about student will analyze the roles and responsibilities of citizenship in family, community and business and industry. The validation of a goodness of fitted model yielded a Chi-square of 0.02, 0.01 p = 0.885, 0.935 at a degreesof freedom of 1.000. Average- Similar to X²/df, GFI, AGFI, CFI, SRMR and RMSEA. The variables in the leadership skills for student were consistent with the empirical data.
