Relationship between Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment of Employees: A Case study Mektec Manufacturing Corporation (Thailand) Company Limited.

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to investigate: (1) organizational climate and organizational commitment level of employees and (2) the relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment of employees. This Research is a survey research. The sample consisted of 350 samples from employees of Mektec Manufacturing Corporation (Thailand) Company Limited. Data collection using simple random sampling. Tools to collect data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics include analysis of the correlation coefficient of Pearson.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) Employees opinions about the overall organizational climate is moderate. When considering that each aspect founded that are moderate included organizational commitment, and (2) The relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment showed a positive correlation (r = 0.773) were statistically significant at 0.01.
