Model of Digital Transformation

Abstract
The digital transformation efforts of enterprises have become one of the most important industry transformations and this change has been put on the agenda of nearly 90 percent of global organizations. Regarding the pressure of the digital transformation by introducing modern technology into its operation process, business sectors also have to face the challenges of competitiveness. Since, the traditional corporate management cannot respond to the rapid changes in products and services. Therefore, for survival reason, organizations must urgently transform themselves into digital organizations. This article aims to present of issues related to digital transformation concepts, digital transformation models in order to provide to present information and knowledge to educators, researchers, senior executives or other stakeholders those involved in formulating and driving policies on digital transformation to achieve the goals as planned.
