The influence of Good Manufacturing Practice on the trust of consumers of community drinking water in Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract
The purpose of this quantitative research was to study the influence of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) consumer trust of community drinking water. The sample was 400 consumers of community drinking water in Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province. The data were collected by questionnaires. Statistics for data analysis consisted of percentages, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that consumer trust of community drinking water in Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province was related to the variables of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in accordance with the report of. Correlation coefficient which are records and reports (0.914), personnel and hygiene of operators (0.854), containers (0.819), and water sources (0.614) respectively. It can be concluded that Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) variables influencing the trust of community drinking water consumers in Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province are records and reports, followed by personnel and hygiene of operators, containers, and water sources.
