อิทธิพลของพุทธศาสนาดั้งเดิมต่อหลักคำสอนของพระนาคารชุนในปรัชญามาธยมิกะ

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 3 ประการคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาหลักคำสอนของพระนาคารชุนในปรัชญามาธยมิกะ 2) เพื่อศึกษาการนำเสนอวิภาษวิธีของพระนาคารชุน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาหลักธรรมในพุทธศาสนาดั้งเดิมที่มีอิทธิพลต่อหลักคำสอนของพระนาคารชุน ผลลัพธ์จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ พบว่า แนวคำสอนของพระนาคารชุนมีความสอดคล้องกันอย่างเป็นระบบในด้านอภิปรัชญา ญาณวิทยา และจริยศาสตร์ สิ่งที่เป็นแก่นคำสอนคือ ศูนยตา ซึ่งมีนัยเดียวกับคำสอนของพุทธศาสนาดั้งเดิมเรื่อง อนัตตตา อันมีทฤษฎีปฏิจจสมุปบาทเป็นความรู้ในการอธิบาย สำหรับวิภาษวิธี เป็นเพียงเครื่องมือในการขยายคำสอนของท่านมิให้ยึดติดกับเหตุผลและเห็นข้อจำกัดของภาษา โดยวิธีนี้จะทำให้เข้าถึงศูนยตา และสามารถปล่อยวางทางความเชื่อด้านอภิปรัชญาต่างๆ ได้ และเข้าสู่ความเป็นสายกลาง ทั้งนี้ หลักคิดทั้งหมดอยู่บนกฎปฏิจจสมุปบาทและพฤตินัยแห่งภาวะสัมพัทธนิยม ในบั้นปลาย ทุกสรรพสิ่งจะแผ้วทางไปสู่ความว่างอย่างแท้จริง 

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1) to study Nagarjuna’s Doctrinal Teachings in Madhyamika Philosophy 2) to study Nagarjuna’s polemical presentation of Dialectical Method and 3) to study the Influence of Early Budddhism toward Nagarjuna’s Doctrinal Teachings. The study reveals that Nagarjuna’s Metaphysical, Epistemological and Ethical characteristics are compatibly systematic teachings. “Sunyata” the most significant originality in Madhyamika Philosophy was interpreted as the same meaning of “Anatta” in Early Buddhist teaching lying behind the epithets of Dependent Origination. Whereas Nagarjuna’s Dialectical Method was attributable as a sophisticated tool to explain the human’s limitation of reasoning and languaging use. By this method, Sunyata could be approached to enlighten with paving the way to “Emptiness”. This meant, there were no any extreme ways except “Middle Way” However, all these characteristics were based on the Law of Dependent Origination and having been embroiled with a state of Relativism. Eventually, it will appear real “Emptiness”.
