การศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-Learning ในรายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเลยที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-Learning และ 2) ศึกษารูปแบบการออกแบบ e-Learning ที่เป็นมาตรฐานและเป็นที่พึงพอใจสำหรับผู้เรียนในการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-Learning แก่นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเลย ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ ในภาคเรียนที่ 2/2554 โดยทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บทเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-Learning ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเลย ที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนในระบบ e-Learning เพื่อคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยการศึกษาทั้ง 3 ด้าน พบว่า การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-Learning ในด้านบทเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.19 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน .6679 การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-Learning ในด้านโครงสร้างบทเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.23 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน .7004 และการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-Learning ในด้านการออกแบบบทเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.18 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน .7354 บทเรียนทั้ง 3 ด้านที่ได้ออกแบบและพัฒนานั้นจึงมีความเหมาะสมมาก

การวิจัยครั้งนี้สรุปได้ว่า การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-Learning ในด้านบทเรียน ด้านโครงสร้างบทเรียน และด้านการออกแบบบทเรียน มีความเหมาะสม สามารถใช้เป็นมาตรฐานและเป็นแนวทางประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-Learning ในรายวิชาอื่นๆ ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลางได้

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study of the learning opinion and satisfaction of computer science students at Loei Rajabhat University toward e-Learning system and to study of design learning model to student’s satisfaction. The samples were 120 undergraduate students in computer science who were currently studying English for Computer Science course in 2^nd session of the academic year 2011. The instruments of this

were the e-Learning courseware titled English for Computer Science and a questionnaire of satisfaction on e-Learning courseware’s usability. After utilizing the e-Learning courseware, the subjects were asked to fill out the questionnaires. The data were analyzed and presented in the form of percentages, mean and standard deviation.

The study found revealed that the samples were the e-Learning courseware in the 3 areas found that: The contents presentations were at a high level ( = 4.19, S.D. = .6679), the contents structured were at a high level ( = 4.23, S.D. = .7004) and the learning behaviors and satisfaction after usability were at a high level ( = 4.18, S.D. = .7354). Overall, the designs of the 3 areas were appropriate.

From this research, we can conclude that the e-Learning courseware in the 3 areas: the contents presentations, the contents structured and the learning behaviors and satisfaction after usability were appropriate and could be applied to other courses focused on child-centered instruction.
