สภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 1–5

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 1 – 5 และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน รวมทั้งสิ้น 374 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาค่าสถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย 2 กลุ่ม โดยใช้สถิติเปรียบเทียบที (t–test)        ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน  ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น  เขต  1 – 5  โดยภาพรวม  อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

2. ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต  1 – 5  ที่มีตำแหน่งหน้าที่ต่างกัน  ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีการจัดระดับการจัดการศึกษาต่างกัน  มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน  ไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต  1 – 5  ที่มีวุฒิทางการแนะแนวต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน  ไม่แตกต่างกัน  และมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน  แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ  .05

Abstract

This research aimed to study and compare the states and problems of Student support system in schools under Khon Kaen Educational Service Area Office 1 – 5.  Samples of 374 administrators and teachers responded to a rating scale questionnaire.  The responses were analyzed to obtain percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and t-test.  The findings were as follows:

1. The overall status and problems of the administrative system to support students in schools under the management of Khon Kaen Educational Service Area Office 1–5 was medium.

2.  The school teachers and staffs who work in different roles and responsibility, in schools that provide different levels, the study showed their opinions toward the status and problems of the administrative system to support students in schools under the management of Khon Kaen Educational Service Area Office 1–5 are not different.

3.  The school teachers and staffs who have different degrees in educational consultation, the study showed their opinions toward the status of the administrative system to support students in schools are not different and problems of the administrative system to support students in schools under the management of Khon Kaen Educational Service Area Office 1–5 are significantly different with statistical implication at .05.
