Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the level of moral behavior and in order to compare ethical behaviors classified by individual factors of Loei Rajabhat University students. The sample group used in this research consisted of 379 undergraduate students. The research tool used was a standard questionnaire and statistical confidence is 0.96. The statistics used were frequencies, percentages, and averages. t-test and F-test were also used for deviation from standard. Statistics are summarized as follows:

1. Overall the ethical behavior of Loei Rajabhat University students is consistent to a high level. When taking into consideration particular aspects of ethical behavior, the average highest to lowest in level of morality are as follows: 1) Honesty, 2) Discipline, 3) Responsibility, 4) Humanity/Compassion, 5) Sacrificing, and 6) Group Unity.

2. Comparison of the ethical behavior of Loei Rajabhat University students classified by individual factors found:

2.1. Students with different grade point averages had different moral behavior, with a statistical significance of .05.

2.2. Students of each gender and from different faculties did not differ in their moral behavior.
