การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนเครื่องจักรและโรงอบแผ่นยางเพื่อการแปรรูปยางพาราแผ่นเฉพาะสวนยางพาราวัชรพงษ์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนเครื่องจักรและโรงอบแผ่นยาง เพื่อการแปรรูปยางพาราแผ่นเฉพาะสวนยางพารา วัชรพงษ์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลยโดยศึกษาใน 4 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านการตลาด ด้านเทคนิค ด้านการจัดการ และด้านการเงิน โดยใช้เงินลงทุน 648,930 บาท ด้านการตลาดจำนวนของ อุปสงค์ของตลาดในอุตสาหกรรมยางพารายังมีจำนวนที่มากกว่าจำนวนของอุปทานทั้งในปัจจุบันและในอนาคตข้างหน้า สาหรับด้านเทคนิคและด้านการจัดการองค์กร มีความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินโครงการ คือ สามารถวางแผนเตรียมการและเปิดดำเนินธุรกิจ โดยใช้ระยะเวลา 3 เดือน ในการศึกษาและพัฒนาโครงการ และยังได้วางแผนการจัดการองค์กร การจัดการด้านบุคคล และด้านกระบวนการไว้อย่างรอบคอบ เพื่อสามารถเปิดกิจการและดำเนินงานได้อย่างราบรื่น ส่วนด้านการเงิน จากการประเมินโครงการลงทุนพบว่า ธุรกิจมีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 2 ปี 3 เดือน 5 วัน มีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ 2,294,155.87บาท และอัตราผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน เท่ากับ 51.59% เปอร์เซ็นต์ แสดงว่า ธุรกิจให้ผลตอบแทนที่คุ้มค่า จึงมีความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนในด้านการเงิน สรุปผลได้ว่า การลงทุนเครื่องจักรและ โรงอบแผ่นยางเพื่อการแปรรูปยางพาราแผ่นเฉพาะสวนยางพารา วัชรพงษ์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย มีความเป็นไปได้และมีความน่าสนใจในการลงทุนFeasibility Study for Investment in Machinery and Drying Plant for Processing Dried Rubber Sheet at Watcharapong Para-Rubber Plantation, Muang District, Loei Province

The objectives of this study was to study the feasibility for investment in machinery and drying plant for processing dried rubber sheet at Watcharapong Para-Rubber Plantation, Muang district, Loei province. The study focused on four aspects: marketing, technique, manageability, and finance. The total investment was 648,930 baht. The study revealed that, for the present and the future, the demand of the market in this business was higher than the supply. The technique and the manageability were feasible operationally with 3-month preparation for studying, developing, and carefully planning for managing the organization, the personnel, and the process in order to do the business without problems. For financial aspect, the estimation of the investment showed the net present value of 2,294,155.87 baht with payback period of 2 years, 3 months, and 5 days. The internal rate of return was at 51.59% indicating feasibility of the project. In conclusion, the feasibility analysis showed that it was appropriate for the investment in machinery and drying plant for dried rubber sheet processing at Watcharapong Para- Rubber Plantation, Muang district, Loei province.
