ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการกลุ่มชาวสวนยาง กรณีศึกษา กลุ่มชาวสวนยาง สกย. บ้านนานำ้มัน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการกลุ่ม ของกลุ่มชาวสวนยาง สกย. บ้านนาน้ำมัน โดยในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้ทำการศึกษาจากสมาชิกกลุ่มจำนวน 65 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ทางราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 2 คน ซึ่งใช้วิธีแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นแบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งผู้ศึกษาสร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลทั่วไปและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่ม ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สมาชิกกลุ่มฯ เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 65.70 มีอายุเฉลี่ย 47 ปี ในด้านการศึกษาสมาชิกกลุ่มฯ มีการศึกษาในระดับประถมศึกษามากที่สุดร้อยละ 46.30 มีพื้นที่สวนยางถือครองโดยเฉลี่ยคนละ 21 ไร่ โดยมีรายได้เฉลี่ย 23,612 บาท/เดือน ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของกลุ่มชาวสวนยาง มีดังนี้ การติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่ม ลักษณะของสมาชิกกลุ่ม ความพึงพอใจต่อการได้รับบริการ การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกลุ่ม ความสามารถในการต่อรองกับภายนอกกลุ่ม ลักษณะการนาของผู้นาและกรรมการ การบริหารจัดการกลุ่ม ด้านปัญหาในการดำเนินงานกลุ่ม คือ สมาชิกขาดความรู้ในกระบวนการรวมกลุ่ม ผลผลิตกลุ่มไม่ได้คุณภาพ และขาดเงินทุนในการพัฒนากลุ่ม

Factors Affecting on the Success of Rubber Plantation Group Management : Case Study of Office of the Rubber Replanting Aid Fund (ORRAF) Para Rubber Group, Ban Na Nam Man, Muang District, Loei Province

This study aims to investigate the operation factors that affect on the success of managing community of the rubber plantation community of ORRAF Para rubber group at Ban Na Nam Man, Muang District, Loei Province. Data is collected from 65 members and 2 related government officers, who were selected by purposive sampling. Research tools used in this study are questionnaires and interview that compose of general information and factors affecting on the success of the community. Statistic tools applier in analysis part consist of frequency, percent, standard deviation and hypothesis tests based on Pearson correlation at a statistical significance of 0.05.

The result indicates that 65.7% of the members of this rubber plantation community are males whose ages are around 47 years old. According to educational background, 46.3% of the members graduate elementary level. The average land possession is 21 rai. The average income is 23,612 THB per month per person.

Factors that affect on the success of this rubber plantation community management are the communication with the government officers who are related to the community. The personal character of each community member, their satisfaction towards the service, the participation of community members, the ability to negotiate with the outside of the community, the leadership of the leaders and committee, and lastly, the community management itself. The problems of the community management are the lack of grouping integration, the unqualified products and the shortage of funds to improve the community.
