ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ข้าราชการครู และพนักงานราชการ จำนวน 312 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้

1. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการกำหนดเป้าหมายร่วมกันและสร้างความเข้าใจกับเป้าหมายนั้น รองลงมา คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูทั้งโรงเรียน ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่าที่สุดคือ ด้านการกำกับติดตามและจัดให้มีการสะท้อนผลกระบวนการเรียนและการสอน

2. การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถม ศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านการมีเงื่อนไข ที่สนับสนุน รองลงมา คือ การสร้างค่านิยมและวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการสนับสนุนและการเป็นผู้นำร่วมกัน และด้านการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันและการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้

3. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (r = 0.852) กับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารทุกด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดย ด้านที่มีความสัมพันธ์สูงสุดได้แก่ ด้านการกำกับติดตามและจัดให้มีการสะท้อนผลกระบวนการเรียนและการสอน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (r = 0.823)

The relationship between principal’s instructional leadership and professional learning community of schools under the office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1

This research was designed to : 1) to study the principal’s instructional leadership of schools under the office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2) to study the professional learning community of the schools, and 3) to study the relationship between the principal’s instructional leadership and the professional learning community of the schools. The research sample consisted of 312 teachers and employees drawn from the schools. A rating scale questionnaire was applied for data collection which earned data were analyzed to obtain percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

The finding were summarized as follows :

1. The total aspect of the principal’s instructional leadership of the schools was found at a high level. The highest mean found was the goal setting and communicating then followed by the promotion of school-wide professional development whilst the monitoring and reflecting on the teaching and learning process was found at the lowest mean.

2. For the aspect of the professional learning community in overall view was found at a high level. The supportive condition was found at the highest mean then the contributing towards the value and vision respectively. The lowest mean found were the aspects of the encouragement and leadership then the collaborative learning and knowledge application.

3. The principal’s instructional leadership was positively associated with the school’s professional learning community at a very high level (r = 0.852) with the statistical significance at .01 level. However, by item was found that the total aspects of the principal’s instructional leadership was positively associated with the professional learning community of the schools with the statistical significance at .01 level. The highest relation found was the monitoring and reflecting on the teaching and learning process which was positively associated with the school’s professional learning community at a very high level (r = 0.823).
