Practical Ethics in the Organization of RajabhatMahaSarakham University Personnel

Abstract
The research aimed to 1) investigate the level of practical ethics in the organization of RajabhatMaha
Sarakham University Personnel, 2) to compare the practical ethics of the RajabhatMahaSarakham University
Personnel regarding gender, type of personnel, educational background, and work experience, and to find
useful suggestions for the practical ethics of the university personnel. The samples were 285 Rajabhat
MahaSarakham University Personnel. The instrument was a questionnaire with a .969 reliability index. The
statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, the t-test (Independent) and the F-test
(One-way ANOVA)and Least Significant Difference test.
Results of the research were as follows:
1. The research findings showed that the overall practical ethic in the organization of
theRajabhatMahaSarakham University Personnel r was at a high level. Eight high rated items of the practical
ethics were creation, service mind, scarification, accuracy, responsibility, transparency and honesty
respectively.
2. The findings indicated that the practical ethic in the organization of the university personnel regarding
the different genders, types of personnel, educational backgrounds, and work experiences was insignificantly
different at the .05 level. However, the practical ethic in honesty of the university personnel regarding
the different genders was significantly different at the .05 level. The practical ethic in honesty, scarification,
service mind and creation of the university personnel regarding the different types of personnel was
significantly different at the .05 level. Lastly, the practical ethic in creation of the university personnel regarding
the different work experiences was significantly different at the .05 level.
3. Regarding the frequency of suggestion, the most five frequent suggestions are honesty,
responsibility, transparency, accuracy, scarification, service mind, and creative work respectively.
Additionally, the university personnel should be aware of the morality, and they should be provided the
opportunity to share their ideas about problem solutions of the university.
